Chairman

Shaun is RedRay’s Chairman, since forming RedRay in 2006 he has been working with a number of clients developing procurement and commercial strategies. Shaun is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the company. Prior to forming RedRay, Shaun was the Commercial Director at Mouchel with key involvement in the AmeyMouchel and EnterpriseMouchel Joint Venture’s. Shaun joined them from the Ardmore Group where he managed and developed BCL Rail Services Ltd, a large scale Railway specialist plant operator business. Shaun is a business studies graduate who trained as an accountant and spent his early career in the investment banking and finance industry.  

Robert Marchand

Rob is RedRay’s Chief Executive, he has been working with a number of clients developing the procurement, commercial, and professional services offerings from RedRay. Rob is responsible for setting the strategic growth and development of the company. Prior to RedRay, Rob was Operations Director at a leading UK professional services consultant, helping to grow the company fourfold until its acquisition. Rob joined them from various companies such as Skanska and Capita where he held various director roles in an operational capacity, predominantly in the infrastructure sector. Rob is an engineering and construction professional and spent his early career in the highways and infrastructure maintenance sectors.  

Edward Rumsey

Commercial Director

Ed is RedRay’s Commercial Director, with over 35 years experience within the construction industry, he has developed a particular combination of knowledge and perspective to execute the successful delivery of effective business solutions. Ed has a proven track record of development, procurement, implementation, management and monitoring of a range civil infrastructure maintenance and improvement contracts. With a strong commercial acumen and keen eye for opportunity Ed has delivered significant added value to our clients.
Ed is a civil engineering graduate and spent his early career at local borough council before moving into management roles at the environment agency and west sussex county council.
