RedRay’s procurement and commercial management services have assisted Network Rail to achieve a contract award date for the design on time and within the original budget set by the client. Upcoming site works are currently scheduled to start on time in Spring 2023, and the station is planned to be ready for opening to meet the May 2026 timetable change, within strict time constraints fixed by the client. Our team also supported stakeholders to gain relevant funding and pass various governance gateways throughout the development phase.
